Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a heating and cooling method suitable for production of a large-sized product, liner product and other various kinds of products having arbitrary shapes and reduced in occurrence of crack, etc. CONSTITUTION:A raw material body 16' floating in a fluid-like supporting material 18 and kept in semi-melting state is supported by buoyant force of the supporting material and solidified while preventing from deflecting by itself owing to shape. Expansion and contraction of the raw material body 16' accompanied by heating and contraction are absorbed and canceled by viscosity resistance of the supporting material 18 to prevent the raw material body from occurrence of crack, etc.
