Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title complex having a short induction period in using as a catalyst for the oxidative coupling reaction of 0-phthalic diester, by reacting a dinitrapalladium chelate complex with an aliphatic carboxylic acid in the presence of an alkali. CONSTITUTION:A dinitrapalladium chelate complex expressed by formula I (L is base bidentate ligand; x is 1 or 2) (preferably acetic acid) in the presence of an alkali to give the aimed dicarboxylate palladium chelate complex expressed by formula II. Besides, the above-mentioned reaction is preferably run in the state of the complex expressed by formula I dissolved in an aliphatic carboxylic acid, under the reflux of the aliphatic carboxylic acid for 30min<=2hr.
