PURPOSE: To obtain the titled laminated sheet without using drying step, by dissolving a phenolic polymer in a radically polymerizable reactive solvent, coating and impregnating the obtained varnish to a substrate for laminated sheet, stacking the substrates, placing a copper foil on the laminate and hot- pressing the product.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A phenolic polymer (e.g. resol-type phenolic polymer) is dissolved in (B) a radically polymerizable reactive solvent (e.g. n-butyl acrylate or ethylene glycol dimethacrylate). The obtained phenolic polymer varnish is coated to and impregnated in a substrate for a laminated sheet. A prescribed number of the substrates are stacked together, a copper foil is placed on the laminate as necessary, and the product is hot-pressed to obtain the objective laminated sheet. The hot-pressing is preferably carried out at 50W200°C under a pressure of 20W200kg/cm2.
