Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain the titled compound by simple operation regardless of the class number of hydroxyl groups in a raw material compound, by di-2-alkenylphosphorylating unprotected hydroxyl groups of the raw material compound having the above-mentioned unprotected hydroxyl groups and removing the 2-alkenyl group.

CONSTITUTION: Unprotected hydroxyl groups of a raw material compound having the above-mentioned unprotected hydroxyl groups (e.g. adenosine) are normally di-2-alkenyloxyphosphorylated in a solvent, such as benzene, preferably at 20W30°C using diallyl phosphorochloridate. The 2-alkenyl group is then removed using a catalyst, such as tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium, to afford the aimed compound.
