Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a piezoelectric porcelain material excellent in electrical and mechanical characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: A basic compsn. consisting of Pb (Mg1/3, Nb2/3)ATiBZrCO3 (A+B +C=1mol%) and MnO2 is prepd. Al2O3 is incorporated into the basic compsn. and the resultant compsn. is calcined, pulverized to ≤1μm average particle diameter and subjected to concluding firing.
