PURPOSE: To manufacture a pipe with an excellent chemical resistance by forming an anodically oxidized film on a bar-like surface, forming the main body material of the pipe whose surface of the anodically oxidized film, is covered, and removing this bar-like part which is not anodized.
CONSTITUTION: A first intermediate body 3 manufactured by forming the anodically oxidized film 2 of oxidized aluminum on the surface of a bar-like body 1a made of aluminum, is formed. A second intermediate body is formed by covering the surface of this anodically oxidized film 2 by an epoxy resin. Next, the bar-like body 1a made of aluminum, is removed by immersing it in diluted hydrochloric acid. A hydrochloric acid component on a two-layer structure body manufactured by covering the surface of the anodically oxidized film 2 by an epoxy resin of a main body material 4, is removed in running water, and the pipe 6 of the epoxy resin, whose sectional shape is like a doughnut, is formed. Consequently, the manufacture of the excellent pipe with a good chemical resistance, which is suitable for the transportation of corrosive fluid, is realized.
