To simulate a shortage state of parts synchronous with a minor daily routine schedule and to evaluate this schedule.
The parts information on the number of stocked parts, the number of delivered parts, the date of delivery, etc., and also a product shipment schedule are acquired from a material management system (STP1). Then a minor daily routine schedule of a production line is prepared based on the working state of the production line and the parts information (STP2). The stocked parts are assigned as the product using parts in the order of production daily routines of the minor daily schedule based on the number of parts stocked for 10 days, for example, and the scheduled dates of delivery of these parts and simulated (STP3). This simulation result is displayed (STP4). Then it is judged whether the production is possible based on the minor daily routine schedule (STP5). If the production is possible (YES), the shipment dates of materials and the parts are adjusted according to the minor daily routine schedule of the production line (STP6). If the production is impossible (NO), the minor daily routine schedule is corrected (STP7).
