PURPOSE: To provide a system controlling a working instruction from receipt of order information to a manufacturing site by an information system.

CONSTITUTION: This system is a production planning control system planning when and by what equipment the product for which an order is received is manufactured at each manufacturing place. A production planning preparation means (non-illustrated) prepares the production planning of the product for which the order is received in accordance with a preliminarily determined production planning preparing level according to the production time of the product. For instance, at the present time ((1) in a Figure), the production planning by an equipment unit is made. In the near future (2), the planning by a process unit is made. Further, in the distant future (3), the control by a factory unit or an order unit is performed.
