Abstract:
To securely receive an order from a customer with short-period delivery and to maximize a production quantity as to a production planning method for a dyeing factory having multi-stage batch production processes.
A bottleneck process is preferentially allocated according to the date of delivery that a consumer desires and the day when raw materials and dyeing conditions are obtained and other processes are allocated according to the period of the allocated bottleneck process, so high-precision production planning is actualized and the dyeing factory can actualize short-period delivery that the customer requires, the abidance of the date of delivery, and prevention against a decrease in production quantity.
