Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a production planning automatically for a short time, adjust the production planning finely with manual operation, and reduce a modification of an arrangement as far as possible. SOLUTION: A production planning device comprises a distributing part 1 which distributes data of order received (processing subject) to each processing machine; a modifying part 2 which modifies a distributing result; and a lot forming part 3 which arranges data of order received in lots based on for each processing machine the distributing result. At a first processing, processing possible range for every processing machine is limited for avoiding the repetition thereof, and then the data of order received are distributed to be formed in lots. Data of order received which are arranged to only a low efficiency lot at the first time are passed to a second processing, wherein the processing possible range is relaxed, and are distributed based on the order of priority at the prescribed processing machine to be formed in lots. The data of order received which are arranged to only a low efficiency lot herein also is passed to a third processing so as to be processed while modifying the order of priority at the processing machine.
