Abstract:
To provide a production planning system capable of collectively processing the intermediate processes of a plurality of identical intermediate products even when they are differently planned in order to produce a plurality of items by a plurality of production machines.
An order receiving process disassembling means 110 to disassembly order reception data in each process to create a process disassembled order reception file 103 and a collecting means 111 collects identical processes included in the file 103. Then a number-of-orders calculating means 112 calculates the number of ordereds and a production planning means 113 determines starting time. Thus a production order file 105 is created.
