Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a plastic ski in superior workability and safety, by laminating a lower member, a three dimensional fabric core frame, and an upper member and injecting foaming resin into the three dimensional fabric core frame and hardening. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced fiber longitudinal core material 1 such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, metal fiber, etc., is arranged in the longitudinal direction in parallel at intervals (1) and vertically in multisteps in the vertical direction at intervals (h). A reinforced fiber lateral core material 2 is arranged alternately with the longitudinal core material 1 at intervals (i) and a reinforcing core material 3 is distributed between upper and lower steps in parallel in a vertically meandering condition. A three dimensional fabric core frame combined and enhanced by thermosetting resin or thermoplastic resin is used as a reinforcing core material of a core plate for a ski made of foam resin, and a lower member 5, three dimensional fabric core frame (a), and an upper member 6 are laminated and foaming resin is injected into the three dimensional fabric core frame (a) to be made foamed and hardened. It causes to secure the injection space by only the three dimensional fabric core frame to eliminate the necessity of special structure for securing the injection space.
