Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain homogenous nylon-6,6 having polyetherdiamine introduced thereinto and enhanced in impact resistance.
CONSTITUTION: Polyetherdiamine is introduced into nylon 6,6 by prereacting polyethylenediamine and adipic acid to obtain adipic acid amide which is, in turn, reacted with nylon-6,6 and hexamethylenediamine to form a homogenous copolymer.
