PURPOSE: To obtain the title film or sheet without lowering transparency, by submitting a film or sheet obtained from a composition of polybutylene terephthalate resin and an epoxy compound by melt film formation to corona discharge treatment.

CONSTITUTION: A composition consisting of A) polybutylene terephthalate resin and B) 0.1W5wt% based on A) of an epoxy compound is molded by melt film formation into film or sheet which undergoes corona discharge treatment to improve printability. 1,4-Butyleneglycol is used as the glycol component of A and for example, not more than 10mol% may be replaced by other raw material, e.g., ethyleneglycol, etc., to prepare the polyester as A). A liquid or solid epoxy compound, a reaction product of bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin, having a molecular weight of 300W4,000, and an eooxy equivalent of 140W3,500 may be used as B.
