Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a composition appropriate as a lubricant and a lubricant composition.
SOLUTION: A mixture in which a fullerene soln. in a non-polar solvent is mixed with a polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion is irradiated with a fluorescence. Then polyfluorofullerene is recovered and the polyfluorofullerene is produced. The non-polar solvent is benzene or toluene and mixing time is ≥10min preferably.
