Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a polyurethanepolyurea aqueous dispersing substance capable of forming a resin film having excellent water resistance and oil resistance and long-term storage stability.
CONSTITUTION: Production of a polyurethanepolyurea aqueous dispersing substance comprising adding water, a polyamine and a neutralizing agent to a carboxyl group-containing terminal NCO type urethane prepolymer obtained from an aromatic polyisocyanate, a polyhydroxy compound and a compound containing a carboxyl group, and then simultaneously carrying out chain extension of the prepolymer and formation of emulsion thereof.
