Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a process for producing poultry manure which features excellent in quality; for example, suppression of propagation of harmful Nematoda groups and further, attack and removal of the Nematoda groups by asporogenic actinomycetes as uric acids are surely decomposed and removed by the asporogenic actinomycetes, and which is excellent in terms of costs, process management, safety, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A refined pyroligneous acetic acid prepd. by prefermenting the poultry manure in a green state, then removing harmful materials from the pyroligneous acetic acid is diluted and sprayed in this process for production. Air is incorporated into the poultry manure of the moisture content at 30 to about 40% by weight to cause fermentation at about <60°C, by which a large amt. of the asporogenic actinomycetes are cultured and propagated in the poultry manure. The uric acids in the poultry manure are thereby taken into such asporogenic actinomycetes. The poultry manure for fertilizers from which the uric acids are decomposed and removed is thus obtd.
