Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the production process of powder coating material whereby the color matching can be performed within a short time, the drying can be performed efficiently, and the grinding can be performed easily.
CONSTITUTION: A dispersion paste of a solid concentration of 60-80wt.% is brought to a state having a thickness of 10cm or below and being open to air on one side and dried by heating in a vacuum of 10Torr or below to obtain a bulky dry product of a solid concentration of 95wt.% or above and a density of 0.4-0.6g/cm3. This product is ground and classified to produce a powder coating material.
