Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled drink having improved flavor of nut and a smooth feeling in eating, by using powder obtained by processing nuts into a paste state, adding an oil-holding edible material to the paste, making the paste into dough and then grinding the dough by refining rolls.
CONSTITUTION: Nuts are processed into a paste state and blended with an oil-holding edible material (preferably maltose, cyclodextrin or processed starch) into a dough state. Then, the dough is finely ground by refining rolls into powder and the aimed drink is obtained by using the powder.
