By drawing at the initial press position, a plane view circular forming part 31 being proper to a gear part is formed with swelling in a turned down bowl like from the circumferential part 32. Next, the metal tape 30 is fed along the route, after it is arranged at the next press position, it is inserted between a flat bottom type punch 41a and a die 41b having a ring like inclining face. Therefore, an inclining face 31a is formed on the down face of the outer periphery of the forming part 31. Next, the metal tape 30 is again fed along the route, and it is arranged on the next press position.
