Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make fabric composed of a fibrillation-type conjugate fiber exhibit a peculiar surface change similar to that of stonewash (similar to chinchilla) and to prevent delay of the delivery time or increase in cost caused by increase or complication of treatment processes.
CONSTITUTION: After fibrillating fabric composed of a fibrillation-type conjugate fiber, this fabric is subjected to low-temperature setting at 110 to 130°C, raising by a raising machine, scouring and/or dyeing at 110 to 140°C by a jet dyeing machine and subsequently printed, thus producing the objective printed fabric similar in surface change to stonewash.
