To provide a production programming method in the parts production facilities capable of programming an initial schedule in a short time and also preventing an apparent impracticable alternate schedule from being programmed, and further finding an approximate optimal solution in a short time after reducing the calculated variable.
A reference lot programming part 5 determines a size and a reference lot number of the reference lot at each part on the basis of an assembling plan. An initial schedule generating part 6 calculates each position on a time base where each type of parts runs short in stock, applying a heuristic process to the calculated result, and then it programs the initial schedule. In addition, an optimum schedule searching part 7 determines a constraint condition on the basis of the initial schedule, or this schedule and inventory information, and in time of searching an approximate optimal solution in accordance with an SA process, it generates plural laternate schedules to the initial schedule in consecutive order, searching the approximate optimal schedule.
