Abstract:
To express an objective protein in the cell of a bacterium without insolubilizing the protein.
A bacterium is transformed with an expression vector recombined with a gene having a second promoter and a first promoter with which a gene fragment coding a molecular chaperon is combined in an operable state and further having a gene fragment coding an objective protein on the downstream of the second promoter, and subsequently cultured to simultaneously express the molecular chaperon and the objective protein, thus producing the objective protein in the cell of the bacterium without insolubilizing the protein.
