Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a granulated material composed of zinc oxide having only a trace of its powder and exhibiting superior dispersing characteristics in rubber compounds.

CONSTITUTION: The granulated material is composed of 5 to 95 wt.% of zinc oxide and 95 to 5 wt.% of precipitated silicic acid and has a particle size of 0.003 to 12 mm and a bulk density of 350 to 1,250 g/l.
