PURPOSE: To easily obtain at a low cost (unvulcanized) reclaimed rubber by utilizatization of vulcanized waste rubber, by blending vulcanized waste rubber, unvulcanized fresh rubber, and croslinkage decomposing agent, followed by plasticizing and reclaiming the blend, and, if necessary, vulcanizing it again.
CONSTITUTION: This (unvulcanized) reclaimed rubber is obtained by blending vulcanized waste rubber (e.g. used rubber product, the pulverized material of the same, waste pieces of vulcanized rubber produced when the rubber is molded) (A1), unvulcanized fresh rubber (preferably, a rubber of the same kind as A1), and a crosslinkage decomposing agent (e.g. diaryl disulfide, dixylyl disulfide) to obtain a mixture, and kneading the resultant mixture in a hot atmosphere at 50 to 400°C, etc., to perform plasticizing the mixture and subjecting it to reclamation treatment, and, if necessary, vulcanizing it by addition of a vulcanizing agent.
