Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the cracking of refractory at the time of press molding and to form hollow parts in a high yield by embedding each molded body of an org. high molecular resin in refractory starting material and vanishing the molded body by firing.
CONSTITUTION: An org. high molecular resin optionally mixed with a binder is molded into the same shape as the shape of a hollow part 3 to be formed to obtain a molded body 7. This molded body 7 is embedded in refractory starting material 8 and vanished by firing to form the hollow part 3 with gas blowing holes 5. A gas feeding pipe 6 is then inserted.
