Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the production of a resin molded product having an insert metal integrated therewith so that a part of said metal is exposed to the surface thereof and to enhance quality by certainly preventing the generation of the leakage of flash or mold clamping inferiority.
CONSTITUTION: The endlessly continuous projection coming into close contact with the inner surface 31 of a mold 30 is provided to the exposed surface 11 of the insert metal 10 exposed to a resin surface 20a on the side of a resin material 20 and the leading end of the projection 12 is crushed in a sizing process to set the dimension in the crushing direction of the insert metal jig 10 to a required common difference without applying precise cutting processing.
