Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a rockwool board capable of obtaining the rockwool board high in strength and reduced in warpage.
SOLUTION: A wet mat 2 is formed by making rockwool into sheet. A thermosetting resin liquid 4 is applied on the surface of the wet mat 2. The wet mat 2 is impregnated with the thermosetting resin 4 by evacuating and dehydrating from the rear side of the wet mat 2. After that, another thermosetting resin 5 prepared by using the same thermosetting resin as the thermosetting resin 4 is applied on the other surface of the wet mat 2. The wet mat 2 is uniformly impregnated with the thermosetting resin by supplementing insufficient impregnation of the thermosetting resin on the rear side of the wet mat 2 with the thermosetting resin 5 additionally applied on the rear surface of the wet mat 2.
