Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a roll bond panel hardly causing local and plastical deformation and excellent in appearance and performance by constituting the inside of a bulging part for preventing the stain of a panel so as not to be closed tightly.
SOLUTION: A matched plate 1 provided with a hydraulic circuit forming non- pressing bonding part 2, a panel strain preventing bulging part forming non-pressing bonding part 3 surrounding the hydraulic circuit forming non-pressing bonding part 2 and having un-continuous part at a part 3X, a hydraulic pressure introducing part forming non-pressing bonding part 4 extending from the part 3 to the plate edge, and a communicative part forming non pressing bonding part 5 to connect the part 2 to the part 3 is clamped with an upper die and a lower die 7 through a spacer 8 so that non pressing bonding part bulging spaces S1 are formed on both face sides of them, then, the hydraulic pressure is supplied to the whole non pressing bonding parts 2, 3, 4, 5 of the matched plate 1 to body them, thereby making the bulged upper and lower both faces in pressure contact with the both die faces. Bulging of the part 3 is completed prior to that of the part 3, and the un-continuous part 3X in the part 3 is not bulged, thereby forming an air escaping part 30X inside the panel strain preventing bulging part.
