Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method excellent in productivity by which a thin rolled stock of a Fe-Cr-Ni-Al base ferritic alloy which is suitable to the cutter for an electric shaver or the like is easily manufactured at a good yield.
CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing method of the rolled stock of the ferritic alloy contg. Al, the rolled stock of the Fe-Cr-Ni-Al base ferritic alloy is obtained by diffusing Al by heating in the range of 1100-1300°C in a non-oxidizing atmosphere after lapping them by holding Al-plates between plural metal plates of a Fe-Cr-Ni base alloy and laminating/welding them with pressure at a draft of ≥30%.
