Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a saccharified dry material and saccharified powder of a sweet potato for supplying to a use of a secondary processing such as a cake or a dumpling by adding dried powder of malt to a sweet potato as a natural food, saccharifying and making to a dry material or dry powder.
This dry material or powder of a sweet potato is obtained by crushing a steamed sweet potato, adding dry powder of malt, saccharifying and drying with heating power or the sunlight.
