Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production schedule generation method capable of suppressing the increase of a stock amount and overgrading and a device used for the execution. SOLUTION: An allocation part 24 selects the material number of the highest priority from the material numbers included in a material set, refers to an allocation candidate file, selects the quality level area of the highest priority and selects the one of the highest priority among requests allocatable to the quality level area. Also, the allocation part 24 judges whether or not a residual area is present in the quality level area of a quality level higher than the quality level of the quality level area adjacent to the quality level area, allocates the request to the area of a length dimension for satisfying the weight of the request from the head of the quality level area in the case of judging that the residual area is not present and allocates the request to the area of the length dimension for satisfying the weight of the request from the head of the residual area in the case of judging that the residual area is present.
