PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the manufacturing in a state that the contract power of every time zone is not over by comprising a product master file for storing the time required to manufacturing and the working power of each product, and allocating the manufacturing time of each product to the time zone of the contract power corresponding to the working power of the product within the contract power pattern. SOLUTION: In a scheduling device 9, the time required to manufacture, the working power and the manufacturing attribute are settled in a product master file (S0). Then the products are divided into groups corresponding to the manufacturing attribute, and simultaneously the total working power of each manufacturing group and the manufacture time are determined. The manufacture times of the manufacturing groups from the group of the highest working power to the group of the lowest working power are successively allocated to the time zones from the time zone of the highest contract power to the time zone of the lowest contract power in the contract power of each time zone forming the contract power pattern stored in a contract power pattern memory (S2), whereby each product can be efficiently manufactured in a state that the working power is not over the contract power of each time zone.
