Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat body which prevents the drastic sinking of the prescribed portion of a sheet material 5 by the concentrated load of a seating person by partially increasing the degree of elongation of the sheet material 5 to be spread within the inner peripheral space of a frame 4 as the seat body.
SOLUTION: At least both right and left side edges of the woven fiber-like sheet material 5 which has elasticity and is formed by interweaving high- elasticity yarn in one or both of a longitudinal direction or transverse direction are held by clip bodies 7 (7-1 to 3) at suitable intervals and are temporarily mounted at the mounting point in a cavity 16 for the frame formed in a lower forming mold 15. A molten synthetic resin material is injected into the cavity 16 in the state of arranging the side edges of the sheet material 5 into the cavity and is molded. At this time, the mounting intervals of a pair of the clip bodies 7 and 7 are varied by each temporary mounting point, by which the sheet material 5 is so set that the degrees of elongation in the axial direction of the high-elasticity yarn disposed in the lateral direction of the sheet material vary with each of plural pairs of the clip points.
