Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and economically produce the subject seedling excellent in a rooting state even when the kind of a woody plant is the one difficult to propagate through cutting by raising seedling in a transplanted state in farmland after cultivating a shoot in a specific inducing medium for rooting.
SOLUTION: This method is to raise a seedling in a transplanted state in farmland after cultivating a woody plant shoot obtained by tissue culture inserted in an inducing medium for rooting, which is solidified with a gelatinizer, for 3-7 days. It is preferable that the inducing medium for rooting doesn't include a carbon source and that the shoot fed as a seedling-producing material is the one obtained by the tissue culture of a woody plant belonging to Eucalyptus.
