Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a production method to precisely obtain a head part having a comparatively larger diameter than the shaft part.
CONSTITUTION: A receiving die 30 is inserted into a guide hole 11 of a 1st die 10 to guide a shaft like parts 1, a 2nd die 20 having a support hole 21 of the same diameter with a shaft part 4 on the upper side of the 1st die 10 and being divided along the center line of the support hole 21 is installed, and a stem 40 whose center line B is inclined by a prescribed angle α against the same center line A of the 1st, the 2nd dies 10, 20 and the receiving die 30 and which is descended while swing rotating around this crossing point C is arranged. Because the pressing force of the stem and the die is small comparatively, the machine itself is made small. Further, because a partial divided die can be used as the die, taking-out of a bar like parts having a head part is easy and no burr on the shaft like part and a drum part is also generated. Moreover, no barrel swelling phenomenon occurs and the highly precise and beautiful parts can be obtained.
