Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve surface quality of a sheet coil while enhancing productivity and machining accuracy by forming a coil conductor on a metal conductor plate through water jet cutting.
CONSTITUTION: In the production of a sheet coil, slits 18 are made through water jet cutting so that burrs, produced through water jet cutting of the slits 18, are removed through etching from a metal conductor plate 16 on which a conductor pattern 14 is formed.
