PURPOSE: To obtain shoulder pads for Raglan sleeves free from collapse of the shape even in washing by superposing several kind of deformed oval fiber sheet like bodies so that the body sprayed by synthetic resin powder may be put in the highest part, needling the bodies and thermally pressing the bodies between male mold and female mold to mold the bodies.

CONSTITUTION: A non-woven sheet like body is punched and deformed oval sheet like bodies 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and 1e are formed in order of larger size and these bodies 1b, 1e, 1d and 1c are superposed from the lower part and the body 1a sprayed by resin powder 8 is superposed in the highest part and the bodies are put on the side of part enlarged on half side thereof. These bodies are needled to form superposed and integrated sheet like nonwoven fabric 2 and the integrated nonwoven fabric 2 is pressed between male mold projected to reverse U-shape and female mold in which recessed and curved part is provided and heated and molded so that recessed hollow part 5 may be formed in the center of enlarged part on half side and circumference 6 is made higher and recessed curve is made gentle and recessed channel is made shallow and becomes flat part 7 as the bodies come up to other side part to provide the aimed shoulder pads.
