Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a skin embrocation, effective against atopic dermatitis and containing a large amount of useful superoxide dismutase by filtering a sodium hydrogenphosphate buffer solution containing rooibos tea added thereto while keeping the resultant mixture solution at a low temperature.
SOLUTION: This skin embrocation is obtained by adding (B) rooibos tea in an amount of 5-20g based on (A) 100ml sodium hydrogenphosphate buffer solution at pH7.0-7.8 (0.1M) at 0-10°C thereto, stirring the resultant mixture solution while keeping the mixture solution at 0-10°C, preferably initially filtering the stirred mixture solution through a clean wide-meshed filter having 50-70μm mesh size without eluting the components, then filtering the prepared filtrate through a clean fine-mesh filter having 25-40μm mesh size, dialyzing the solution filtered through the fine-mesh filter and concentrating the dialyzate while keeping the solution at 0-10°C. The solution filtered through the fine-mesh filter is packaged in a dialytic membrane and the packaged solution is then charged into a solution for more readily eluting the component (A) from the package of the dialytic membrane, taking out the residual solution from the interior of the dialytic membrane, highly concentrating the taken out solution and mixing the highly concentrated solution with a water absorbing ointment.
