Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the method for efficiently producing the solid cosmetic having high quality.
CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the solid cosmetic comprises feeding the base material of the cosmetic from a hopper into a heated cylinder having a screw or plunger built-up therein, plasticizing the base material, measuring a prescribed amount by the backward-moving distance of the screw or plunger, pressing the measured base material into a closed mold for single or plural takeout and having an ogive, capsule, central tray, container, etc., therein, and subsequently cooling solidifying the molded material in the mold.
