Abstract:
To provide a process which can produce a solid fuel contg. a sulfur- fixing agent which exhibits a high desulfurization effect and a high utilization ratio of a sulfur-fixing agent.
A solid fuel 11, a liq. fuel 12, and a sulfur-fixing agent 13 are mixed with a mixer 14. The resultant slurry is led to a service tank 15 and stored therein. The obtained slurry is then supplied from the service tank 15 to a thermal decomposition reactor 16 wherein to be thermally treated. When thermally decomposed, the slurry gives a high-calorie gas 17, a lightweight liq. product 18, and a solid fuel 19 contg. the sulfur-fixing agent.
