PURPOSE: To produce a soln. separating pipe which utilizes microwave oscillations easily by winding composite tapes produced by adhering conductive ribbons to tape-like permeable films onto a porous pipe and further winding the composite tapes via porous insulating tapes.
CONSTITUTION: A narrow conductive ribbon 2 is adhered to a sheet-like porous dielectric film 1 which is hydrophobic to separating liquid to manufacture a composite tape A. The tape A with the ribbon 2 side on the outer side is wound on a porous pipe P and the seam thereof is joined by high frequency welding or the like. Thereafter, a porous insulating tape C which allows the permeation of separating liquid is wound thereon and further the above-mentioned tape A with the ribbon 2 side on the inner side is wound thereon and the seam thereof is joined, whereby a soln. separating pipe is formed. A high frequency power source E is connected between the ribbons 2 and 2. The alcohol parted by the microwave oscillation energy applied thereto permeates through the films 1 and is removed from the pipe P.
