PURPOSE: To enable production of the subject cement excellent in fluidity, having high strength and capable of providing a cement concrete having high durability by crushing cement clinker fine-particles and forming spherical particles using the impact method in a high-speed air flow.
CONSTITUTION: Raw fine-particle cement in a hopper is supplied to a ring-impact chamber 7 from a shoot 13 of a machine for impact in high-speed air flow and scattered by rotating the chamber 7 using rotation of a rotary plate 4 and blades 5 attached thereto. During the abovementioned process, the cement fine-particles are forced to collide with a triangular channel on the surface of a ring-stator 8 and with the blades 5 while rotating. The cement fine-particles are then introduced into a circulating pipe 12 from one end opening of the pipe 12 opening to the chamber 7, circulated and subsequently introduced the chamber 7 from the other end opening again. The abovementioned rotational collision is continued till the cement particles are formed into a required sphere followed by taking-out of the resultant spherical cement particles from a shoot 11.
