Abstract:
To obtain a spherical sludge fertilizer with little dusting, easy to mechanically spray and capable of being used as an organic fertilizer for a bulk-blend fertilizer by mixing dehydrated sewage sludge with dried sewage sludge, molding, granulating and drying the mixture.
This production of spherical sludge fertilizer having 2-4mm granule size is to put dehydrated sewage sludge measured its water content and dried sewage sludge into a mixer, adjust the mixing ratio to be 39-51% W. B. water content of the mixture, mold the mixture by an extruder, granulate the mold by a rotative granulator and dry the granulate. If needed, sterilized fertilizer can be obtained by drying the fertilizer with superheated steam.
