Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a spinneret having no flaw in the interior of a dope induction hole, causing neither end breakage nor unevenness of denier during spinning by piling a thin copper plate on a plate of spinneret and boring a dope induction hole through the plates.
CONSTITUTION: In production of a spinneret having a great number of spinning holes on a plate of spinneret in a cap shape with a flange, a copper plate 11 softened by heat treatment is piled on the plate 2 of spinneret and the dope induction holes of spinning holes 5 are bored by a punching tool 8.
