PURPOSE: To provide the subject method for producing a spinning nozzle while preventing flash or burr from generating at the edge of the opening part of a polymer- discharging hole in buffing by sufficiently filling the polymer-charging hole and the polymer-discharging hole with a filler and preventing the inside surface of the top part of the polymer-discharging hole from being flawed by using an abrasive powder in combination with a function of the above-mentioned filler.

CONSTITUTION: A polymer-charging hole and a polymer-discharging hole are made in a spinning plate and fusible solid granules are then placed on the polymer-charging hole. The nozzle plate is subsequently put in a vacuum chamber and heated under vacuum. Thereby, the solid granules are liquefied so as to fill the polymer-charging hole and the polymer-discharging hole therewith. The inside of the vacuum chamber is then returned to the ordinary temperature and the ordinary pressure so as to solidify the liquefied filler. Expanded protruding parts on the bottom of the polymer-discharging hole are subsequently abraded and removed to open the hole and the filler is washed out so as to obtain the spinning hole. This invented method for producing a spinning nozzle is thus characteristic. In the obtained spinning nozzle, the inside surface of the spinning hole exhibits a metallic luster and the surface roughness is excellent.
