PURPOSE: To provide a producing method of a steel plate with projections which the projections can be buried with a small force being used much in the civil engineering or construction fields, etc.

CONSTITUTION: Projections 3 are buried from the front face of a steel plate 2 to the inside by using the external force of a screwing machine, a riveting machine, etc., in the temperature range of 500 to 1,000°C in which the strength of the steel plate is made under than 20kgf/mm2. After then, by cooling the steel plate 2 with air to the normal temperature, the diameter of the projection 3 and the height can be changed freely, and burying-in can be executed in a short time.
