This sterilely packed bean curd product is obtained by extracting a soybean milk from a soybean, adding a soybean protein extract to the soybean milk, the performing a homogenization under a first pressure in a first step and a second homogenization under a second pressure lower than the first pressure in a second step, then treating the mixture with an extra high temperature sterilization, mixing the sterile soybean milk with a coagulant to form a treated soybean milk, sterilely packing the treated soybean milk and incubating.
