Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer method of manufacturing strippable film formative on the surface of a matrix in the case of forming the surface of the high density information recording medium by transfer duplication of the surface of the matrix. CONSTITUTION:This method of manufacturing strippable film is specified by forming metallic film 13 on to the surface of the plain matrix 11 and obtaining plain surface metallic film by peeling off the relevant metallic film, and strippable film 12 is formed on matrix 11 or metallic film 13 by using Langmuir- Blodgett method.
