Abstract:
PURPOSE:To flatten the outer surface of the peripheral edge range of a structure group, by introducing a packing and a cover into a tool to close the tool and injecting an elastomer, which fills a peripheral edge gap and mutually bonding the cover, a cover holder and the packing, in the closed tool. CONSTITUTION:After a cover holder 12, a packing 17 and a cover 13 are introduced into the cavity 10 of a tool lower part 11, a tool upper part (mold) 33 is placed on the tool lower part to close a tool. Connection 3 for an injection head (e.g., polyurethane mixing head) is constituted to the tool upper part 33. An elastomer material 35 (e.g., polyurethane elastomer mixture) is injected in the closed tool lower and upper parts 11, 33 through the head to fill peripheral edge gaps 29, 30 and the intermediate space between teeth 26. In this case, a projection 16 suppresses the penetration of the elastomer material between the cover holder 12 and the cover 13 to the interior.
